What do the plans cost?

For 50 users (prices excl. VAT), Launch starts at €25/month billed €300 yearly, and Growth at €85/month billed €1,020 yearly. Monthly billing starts at €28 and €94 respectively. Choose 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 users. Yearly prices include the 10% saving. Schools and universities save another 40% automatically. Enterprise offers dedicated support and concierge onboarding for teams of any size; contact us for a custom plan or more than 2,000 users.

What is genuinely free?

Games are free forever for individuals, and so are the CyberSense, XP, achievements and results they earn. Video courses and knowledge checks: 3 free, the rest with Individual Plus. Organisation management is included in paid plans.

Is Enterprise only for more than 2,000 users?

No. Enterprise is available to teams of any size, including smaller teams that want dedicated support, concierge onboarding, or a custom rollout and integration plan. We agree the capacity and service scope with you. The 2,000-user limit applies only to self-service Launch and Growth plans.

Why are diplomas a paid feature?

Verifiable certificates are included in Individual Plus, and in Growth and Enterprise for every organisation, including schools and universities. Free and Launch keep personal results and achievements.

What does Individual Plus include?

Individual Plus is for one person and costs €25 a year including VAT. On top of everything in Free, it unlocks every published video course (new ones are added as they are released), every game knowledge check and downloadable, verifiable certificates.

How do renewal, cancellation and refunds work?

Individual Plus renews automatically every year, and we email you before each renewal. Cancel anytime in Plan & billing: renewal stops and you keep Plus until the end of the year you paid for. Access starts as soon as you pay, so the 14-day withdrawal right ends at that point. A full refund ends Plus straight away; certificates already issued stay valid.

I belong to an organisation. Do I need Individual Plus?

Usually not. Members of an active organisation on Launch, Growth or Enterprise get every video course and knowledge check through it, and certificates on Growth and Enterprise. Individual Plus is for learning on your own, or for adding certificates when your organisation’s plan does not include them.

How does the education discount work?

Schools and universities use the same Launch and Growth plans. Tick the education box for an automatic 40% discount. No separate education package.

Do yearly and education discounts combine?

Yearly prices already include 10% savings compared with monthly billing and are paid upfront. Education saves a further 40%, for about 46% combined savings after cent rounding. For 50 education users (prices excl. VAT), Launch is €180/year (€15/month) and Growth is €612/year (€51/month).

Can we try it before committing?

Yes. Launch and Growth include a 14-day trial. A payment card is required to start it, and your chosen subscription begins billing when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

How does payment work?

Do prices include VAT?

Individual Plus prices include VAT. Organisation plan prices exclude VAT, which is calculated on the secure checkout page from your billing address and VAT number. Romanian organisations pay Romanian VAT. Organisations in other EU countries that enter a valid VAT number are reverse-charged, so no VAT is added. Organisations outside the EU pay no VAT.

Can we change plan later?

Choose another plan or capacity in your organisation’s billing settings. Purchase details are saved; paid access changes only when the subscription is activated. You cannot reduce capacity below current usage.

How many users can we choose?

Each organisation member, including administrators, uses one user place. Pending invitations also reserve capacity. Launch and Growth start at 50 users and offer capacity up to 2,000. Individuals can always play free.

What happens to our data if we stop?

When a trial or subscription ends, organisation features pause. Personal accounts and game history remain. CSV export is available while Growth or Enterprise access is active; contact us for data requests.
