What does it cost?

For 50 users (prices excl. VAT), Launch starts at €25/month billed €300 yearly, and Growth at €85/month billed €1,020 yearly. Monthly billing starts at €28 and €94 respectively. Choose 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 users. Yearly prices include the 10% saving. Schools and universities save another 40% automatically. Enterprise offers dedicated support and concierge onboarding for teams of any size; contact us for a custom plan or more than 2,000 users.

How does the education discount work?

Schools and universities use the same Launch and Growth plans. Tick the education box for an automatic 40% discount. No separate education package.

Can we try it before committing?

Yes. Launch and Growth include a 14-day trial. A payment card is required to start it, and your chosen subscription begins billing when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

What actually changes between the tiers?

Launch includes members, assignments, results, roles, branding, departments and team campaigns. Growth adds detailed analytics, CSV exports, certificates and SSO. Enterprise adds dedicated support and concierge onboarding for teams of any size.

Are the video courses included for our members?

Yes. Every member of an organisation on Launch, Growth or Enterprise, trial included, can take every video course. On every organisation plan you can assign courses and see first-attempt scores; certificates of completion come with Growth and Enterprise. A lesson rushed through earns no XP and no certificate and does not count towards an assignment.

What support comes with it?

Use the contact page for help with any plan. Enterprise includes dedicated support, concierge onboarding and rollout and integration planning for teams of any size. Support arrangements and service scope are agreed with your team.

Scenarios show what people would do; video lessons explain why. A guide covers one everyday threat in a few minutes, and the video stops five times for a question nobody can skip. Certificates show the first-attempt score, not attendance.

  • Growth and Enterprise include certificates of completion: issue them in bulk, and anyone can check one with its code.
  • A lesson rushed through earns no XP and no certificate, and does not count towards an assignment.
  • First answers in lessons add a smaller knowledge signal to Team CyberSense. Scenarios still lead the score.
