Call before you pay

A boss, a supplier, or a neat invoice can still be the wrong payment

“Call before you pay” is a CyberPlay video course of about 7 minutes, included with Individual Plus. A guide explains the topic and the video stops for five questions.

You will be able to spot a fake payment request from a boss, a supplier or an invoice, and verify it with a call to a number you already have. You will also know the steps to take if money or gift-card codes already left.
