Optional analytics run only if you accept them. CyberPlay then sends pseudonymous product events to PostHog in the EU: the kind of page you open (never its full address), video lesson starts, checkpoint results (right or wrong, never your answer) and completions, quiz marks, game progress, upgrade and checkout steps (never card details) and organisation console actions (counts, never who). Each event carries a random browser ID kept for up to a year (plus a pseudonymous account ID when you are signed in) and says whether it came from the live site or a test environment. No names, emails, typed text or advertising tracking. We keep our copy for 400 days. Withdraw at any time with “Cookie choices” in the footer; accounts, lessons and results work without analytics.
